FluentPod is a language learning application that helps you master English through CEFR-aligned content including podcasts, vocabulary exercises, and interactive lessons. FluentPod is operated by the FluentPod Team.

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time through the app settings or by emailing languagelands.vn@gmail.com.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Anonymous analytics data may be retained for service improvement purposes.

FluentPod is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

10. Data Transfer
FluentPod uses cloud infrastructure providers to store and process your data. Your data may be transferred to and processed in data centers located outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer. We ensure your data is protected in accordance with the standards described in this policy.
